Hebei Construction Engineering Group Posts Strong Q1 Results with Dual Growth in Market and Production
Hebei Construction Engineering Group has kicked off the first year of its "15th Five-Year Plan" (2026–2030) with robust growth, achieving an 8% year-on-year increase in new contracts and a 6% rise in output value in the first quarter – signaling a confident start to the new strategic cycle.
The Group continues to cement its position in its home market of Hebei Province while actively participating in the development of Xiong'an New Area and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration initiative. Meanwhile, it has expanded its footprint across all 31 provincial-level regions in China and is pushing ahead with its global strategy under the Belt and Road Initiative. · The Group’s Second Construction Engineering Company secured landmark projects such as the Huangsha Large-scale Shared Energy Storage facility and the Langfang Digital Industry Park.
· The Group’s Installation Engineering Company saw its overseas business share rise significantly to 16.9%.
· A joint project in Xiong'an New Area's start-up zone officially broke ground.

Its Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. established the "Hebei Zero-Carbon Factory Operation Service Center," boosting green and low-carbon capabilities. Its Technology Development Co., Ltd. was recognized as a provincial-level "Specialized and Sophisticated SME," and its proprietary digital management platform went live, enhancing operational efficiency and risk control.
