Several Projects of Hebei Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Selected as 2026 "Cloud Observation" Demonstration Sites in Hebei Province
The Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hebei Province recently announced the list of "Cloud Observation" projects for housing and municipal engineering for 2026, following its official notice (Jian Zhi Han [2026] No. 217). Of the 20 construction projects selected for their outstanding performance in safety management, civilized construction, and dust pollution control, the following were undertaken by Hebei Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary (the Fourth Construction Company) :
- Construction of the Gu'an Campus of North China Institute of Aerospace
- Relocation of the Party School of the Ningjin County Committee of the Communist Party of China
- Three Works in Shenzhen Electronic Information Industrial Park Zone C
- Relocation (Phase II) of Shijiazhuang Luquan District Vocational Education Center (by the Fourth Construction Company)
- Two Works in Beixi Urban-Village Redevelopment (by the Fourth Construction Company)
In recent years, the Group has been fully committed to the three-year action plan for enhancing safety production in housing and municipal projects, consistently prioritizing safety and civilized construction across all sites. A robust safety responsibility system has been established, along with the comprehensive rollout of standardized management and smart site technologies. Significant investments have been made in safety protection and dust control. For high-risk operations such as deep excavations, high-formwork systems, and heavy lifting, the Group has developed effective management protocols.
