Hebei Construction Engineering Group Secures the Qualification for Implementing China Aid Technical Assistance Projects
Hebei Construction Engineering Group has successfully been qualified as an implementer of China aid technical assistance projects, following the official announcement by China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM). The Group was awarded the qualification in the technical support category.
Technical assistance projects, funded under China aid program, involve providing experts, skilled workers, policy and technical advisory services, and equipment to help recipient countries achieve specific policy, management, or technical objectives. Such qualifications are granted through a competitive bidding process organized by MOFCOM. The latest bidding round covered eight sectors: education, industry and information technology, land and resources, health, sports, radio and television, agriculture, and technical support.
Since the tender announcement, the Group's International Department has meticulously prepared its bid, leveraging the Group's extensive track record in China aid projects, strong engineering capabilities, and a highly skilled workforce. With this new qualification, Hebei Construction Engineering Group now holds implementing qualifications across three major China aid categories: turnkey projects, material supply projects, and technical assistance projects.
